Warranty
Satisfying our customers is a business philosophy
that we respect, practice, and emphasize in our business.
We do understand that there may be the occasional need to return
an item. ATS Computers offers the following warranty:
1) ATS Computers provides a 3-year limited warranty on all new
desktop computers built an sold by ATS Computers. The
case, mainboard, processor, memory and all internal components
are included. ATS Computers will replace the bad
components with new or reconditioned items (based upon
availability of the product from the manufacturer) at no charge
from the date of sale. This warranty applies only to units
assembled by ATS qualified technicians or designee. Labor
is covered by ATS Computers for the first year from date of
purchase. After the first year, customer will be responsible for
labor. The warranty period will be for a period of 3 years
unless otherwise specified at the time of sale.
2) ATS Computers provides a 1-year limited warranty on
peripheral components including (but not limited to) monitors
(LCD and CRT); keyboards, mice, speakers, and other external
components that are part of the full computer system.
3) ATS Computers provides a 30-day warranty on all reconditioned
equipment as specified on customer invoice. A 1-year
manufacturer's warranty is provided for notebook computers,
unless otherwise specified. Any product not identified in
this warranty will be replaced or repaired for a period of 90
days unless specified otherwise at time of purchase.
ATS Computers does not cover repairs or product replacement for
items that have been abused, damaged, neglected by the customer.
The warranty covers defects in workmanship ONLY. Damage
resulting by acts of god or any other reason out of the control
of ATS Computers is also not covered.
Need to Return a product?
To return a product at
ATS Computers, you'll need to request a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done by contacting our
service department at
rmaservice@atscomputerstore.com,
by telephone or by fax. NO returns of any type will be accepted without
an RMA.
Some returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, at
the discretion of ATS Computers. If a restocking fee
applies, customer will be notified prior to return
authorization.

We'll need the following information to authorize your
return:
- Customer name
- Invoice number
- Item serial number(s) if applicable
- Nature of the problem
This information will be required to be completed on the ATS
Computers Return Merchandise Authorization.
In general, ATS Computers
accepts returns on merchandise from select manufacturers within
15
days. However, ATS
Computers
reserves the right to authorize product returns
beyond 30 days from the invoice date. IF the product is accepted
after 30 days, credit will be issued toward one of the
following:

FUTURE PRODUCT PURCHASES

A FULL CASH REFUND (At the discretion of ATS Computers)

ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDED ON
RETURNED ITEMS. Customers
are responsible for all shipping charges back to
ATS Computers
on returned items, and
ATS Computers
will pay the shipping charges on the
replacement or exchange item(s) going back.
